I have the wonderful pleasure of directing two productions this Spring. On April 25th I will be directing the Midwest Homeschool Fine Arts Young Thespians in a production of A Little Princess by Francis Hodges Burnett, in which I will also be playing the role of Captain Crewe. 

 

On May 22nd and 23rd, I will be leading the Midwest Homeschool Fine Arts Classic Players in an adaptation of Agatha Christie's novel, The Secret Adversary.  Performance locations and times to come.

 

 

 

First Film

Last Saturday, June 29th, I had the tremendous opportunity to drive up to Grand Rapids, Michigan to act in A Matter of Faith, the latest film by RIch Christiano (Time Changer, The Secrets of Jonathan Sperry).  I was an extra for two debate scenes and will be on screen. The film is scheduled to be released sometime in the Spring of 2014.

 

While on set, I had the pleasure of meeting Clarence Gilyard (Matlock, Walker, Texas Ranger) and spend a little time talking with him. He is very humble and down-to-earth, a very approachable person. He was warm and gracious and one of the few well-known television actors I know of who are that friendly and approachable.

 

The entire experience was great, as it allowed me to see a professional film project being shot, and it will help me with my acting and directing.
